我在健身房也常遇到一位北京大哥和我侃大山

他隻去遊泳，還總向我宣傳遊泳的好處，力勸我也遊泳。

我對他說，我知道遊泳是一項很好的全身運動，但單位時間裏消耗的卡路裏不如跑步多。

像我這樣工作忙，時間緊的人，目的是在較短的時間裏盡量消耗最多多熱量，所以遊泳不是我的第一選項，隻能每兩周遊一次
