泡飯

看老東北的菜，就是菠菜切碎，抓一點幹麵粉裹一下，然後打雞蛋。

容器抹油，蒸。完了切片，可以做個蘸水。我今天沒做。

hmart現在青菜又新鮮又便宜。

該焯水就焯水，，其它都是現成的，都很簡單，也基本沒油，好洗。
