nothing beats a good work out:)

最近幾個月的兩樣新玩法，1. trail running, 2. Pilates reformer (核心床）。

在家門口的一個林間道小範圍嚐試trail running， 有山坡草甸樹林跟湖泊，一圈3邁，正反兩圈湊個6邁。那些樹根石頭，坑坑坎坎，跑起來感覺比走的時候反而沒那麽煩人了。並且領悟到眼光要放遠，大腦跟肢體間的coordination 真是奇妙的機製。效果是對跑坡的恐懼感大大減弱，甚至看到坡會興奮lol。

核心床幾年前上過幾節課，現在算是重新認識並喜歡上。一周三，四節課上下來，明顯感到核心的穩定性有增強，柔韌性也改善了。跟floor pilates相比，reformer 對身體的平衡和穩定性要求高許多，很多動作，比如plank variations, bird dog等，在平地根本不是個事兒，在床上就顫顫巍巍的要掙紮一下。希望堅持一段時間後，能練出穩如泰山的core strength。
