雞蛋羹、蟹粥、菜花、龍果盤

今天路過hmart，買了點菜，那裏冷凍的帝王蟹腿24.99是半價，就買了一塊（就是半個蟹，不帶蟹身）。

這個是煮了冷凍的，也做不了旁的做法，我就把肉拿出來，做一鍋粥。

粥底用圓粒米（玉錦米），薑、一粒幹貝、一小塊金華火腿，這就熬粥底。

最後加些肉、青菜、白胡椒粉、鹽。
