什錦烤菜、青蒜炒肥腸豬肝、韭菜炒雞蛋

這個有：西葫蘆，菜椒，山藥，藕，台山菜花梗，孢子甘藍，

胡蘿卜，鹽、橄欖油、kashimiri辣椒粉（辣）。

蒸烤箱390度15分鍾（先蒸後烤的）。

肥腸是煮過的，軟爛。用青蒜、冬筍片、泡椒炒，

加複製醬油，淋一點點鍋邊醋。
