美國山核桃

碧根果（美國山核桃）又叫長壽果，屬胡桃科的山核桃屬，英文名為Pecan或Hickory，是世界十大堅果之一。 碧根果外形是長橢圓型的乾果，根據殼的形狀可分為：大尖、中尖、小尖；大圓、中圓、小圓。 原產於美國和墨西哥北部，開花期為4至5月，結果期為7至11月。
