淮揚蘿卜絲包子～～～

雖然胖到褶子都沒了

好吃是硬道理

餡料：

薑末用油煸香加肉丁炒

 

肉翻白後加生抽、糖、鹽、酒

加焯過水、擠幹的蘿卜絲（焯20秒去澀），大量涼水衝涼擠幹）

讓蘿卜絲入味

 

熄火加大量蔥花

 

生胚

 

出鍋
