周末晚餐，紅燒牛尾，烤羊腿，，，

 

紅燒牛尾是俺的拿手菜。照例偷懶，沒炒糖色（shai）兒，放了幾塊南乳和腐乳汁。最後，鹵了幾個蛋和腐竹。這個腐竹借了肉味兒，，，簡直好吃得上天了，，，

羊腿這次是帶骨的。烤得恰到火候，脆彈爽口。看來，烤羊腿還是得取那帶骨的羊腿，，，

西班牙火腿，弄了個豆腐皮白菜粉絲煲，，，
