2 tbs of cooking wine

50 grams of sugar

1 tps of white pepper powder 

1 tps of fish sauce

mix together, 370F 18 mins

 brush with mixture of soy sauce and honey/maple syrup, bake for 5 mins

turn around, brush with the sauce, bake for another 5 mins
