楊白勞的晚餐

美國東海岸這些小地方，有時能讓你有驚喜的發現。

這次出差，居然找到了一家法餐。

這家餐館在本地口碑還不錯。於是，抱著試試看的想法去試了試。反正如果不合口味，就一錘子買賣。

坐下後，店家送來一杯免費的香檳。我們因為吃完飯都要各自開車回家，就不點酒了。以水代酒。

點完菜，廚師送來免費的烤蝦開胃。

前餐是生蠔，新澤西州產的。先要了半打，吃著還行，又要了半打。

不過，吃生蠔還得去法國。法國人吃生蠔必須是應季吃的，生蠔必得是活的。就是一滴檸檬汁滴得生蠔的裙邊上，你能看到裙邊收縮。美國的生蠔，少見活口兒。

接著是炭烤八爪魚，有淡淡的碳香，不錯。

中間過場是鵝肝醬，店家自己做的。說是用的新澤西鵝，但應該是鴨肝了。現如今，連法國的鵝肝醬都是鴨肝做的。正經的鵝肝做的鵝肝醬必得是高端餐館的特製預訂。

主菜是法式紅酒牛肉beouf bouginion，用的牛小排。

但是，已經被改良得麵目全非了。俺本來期待著應該上來一個缽，牛肉在湯汁裏。結果上來一個米其林裝盤。倒是不難吃。

最後，甜點咖啡收場，不提也罷。
