茴香肉餅、熬冬瓜粉絲、炸豆腐

用的包漿豆腐。

一人一碗菜，一塊餅。

肉餅的皮不是硬脆的，是薄薄的，軟塌塌的好吃。皮跟餡是貼合的，餡不會劈裏啪啦掉下來。
