房客說有fruit fly果蠅, 要我找人來殺蟲。能讓他自己付錢嗎？搬進來快2個月了

有可能是他自己買的水果，蔬菜帶進來的。

我給他鑰匙的時候是沒有的。

法律上有什麽說法嗎？
