給大家推薦個東西，我自己覺得比焗油好用

我之前也用過焗油，還有collation還是啥，在店裏做的，貴，還啥沒用。

 

去年我開始吃膠原蛋白肽，就是膠原蛋白的水解產物，開始的目的是護膚，但後來我發現我的發質也好了。人體很多地方都需要膠原蛋白，不光是皮膚，還有頭發，指甲，關節等等。。。所以補充膠原蛋白可以全身受益。但注意一點是我不建議很早開始吃，40+最好45+開始吃。

 

下麵這個圖是我頭發的現狀。比以前柔順很多。我平時不用護發，也不焗油，就是洗發水。

 

皮膚感覺也比以前好。我有玫瑰痤瘡，平時不敢亂用護膚品。現在就是用的國內的一個醫院皮膚科自己開發的品牌，爽膚水再加乳液，出門的話塗防曬或者素顏霜，在家就不塗。麵膜也不怎麽用。我覺得我之前就是亂用麵膜亂用護膚品，結果皮膚越來越敏感。現在簡簡單單，皮膚倒還好。膠原蛋白肽一個月$100，比買賊貴的護膚品管用。
