午餐：農家菜

辣椒是昨天下午摘的，摘了160多個，冰箱放不下，昨天和今天都吃虎皮辣椒，葫蘆是一個小時前摘的。幹煎了一點魚，魚是我很喜歡的Orange Roughy,不油但很好吃。
