In short, the Statue of Liberty is in Odaiba as a symbol of friendship between Japan and France. The Odaiba Statue of Liberty is a replica of the liberty statue in New York City Harbor(Liberty Island). It's called Jiyu no Megami Zou (Daiba）in Japanese.
