我就是四年前回國猛吃豬血丸子，猛吃皮蛋，

害了一場病，回來後就下定決心，戒除不良飲食。

四年下來瘦身15磅。當然也鍛煉，但是鍛煉的量不比四年前大，甚至稍微減量了。
