先抄一段介紹：中華水韭是我國特有的古老蕨類植物，可追溯到距今3億年前的二疊紀，是國家一級保護野生植物，被稱為植物界的“大熊貓”。它最早出現於距今3億年前石炭紀的岩層中，是最古老的水生蕨類植物，是種典型的活化石。

名為水韭其實非韭，不能人吃可做飼料和肥料，隻是因為它的樣子長得像韭菜又生長在水裏，所以稱為水韭。附後圖片攝於廣州東山湖水生植物區的手機片湊合看，裏麵類似韭菜存在的那種就是中華水韭。
