如何做美味蛋湯

相信大家各有各的招數，但下麵是我的做法，供大家參考。

雞蛋炒熟，加蝦皮，備用；

韭菜洗淨切碎，備用；

上兩者混合，加入麻油，鹽，豆醬個少許，備用；

用餃子皮把以上混合物包住，放一邊備用；

燒一鍋滾水，然後將上步驟的料包放入；

最後撈出麵片兒，湯即可享用。
