教授約會本科生，更有可能屬於性敲詐性剝削
因為教授是優勢一方
在學校有各種機會各種關係可以給本科生好處或者使壞
所以一刀切，一律禁止，非常合理

Rutgers University professors are prohibited from having romantic relationships with graduate students in their departments -- and all undergraduates -- under a sweeping new policy created in response to concerns about sexual harassment on campus, school officials said.
The new rules, which went into effect June 2, were recommended by the Rutgers University Committee on Sexual Harassment Prevention and Culture Change. The group was created two years ago following an NJ Advance Media investigation into the state university’s failure to investigate some sexual harassment complaints in the wake of the #MeToo movement.
