good neighbor fence before & after

two weekends replacing fence of about 40 ft, 6 sections. quite some work considering this is one man job in removing old fence, digging post holes, mixing about 12 bags of 80 lb ready mix concrete. the fun part is cutting the boards and staple together w a finish gun. two weekends to close up the fense so dogs can’t cross and smell what’s neighbor is cooking.
will split the material cost w neighbor.
