Vanguard, Fidelity 這些倒閉了怎麽辦？

普通銀行倒閉別說有fdic，沒有大家反正也不會放很多錢。

Vanguard, Fidelity 不同，很多人的退休賬戶都在它們那裏。如果倒閉，股票，基金可以轉移到其它地方？
