要上庭嗎上庭怎麽找理由不讓取消點數

我求警察給我其他罰單罰錢因為超速是要取消點數的，他看見我的時候我正好超車時速85邁，他還是給我超速罰單不過罰單上寫超速74（限速是65）, 他說他沒有寫我的registration card and insurance card expired,已經照顧我了。我的保險沒有過期。車子拖了，離家一個半小時左右的車距，真麻煩啊。

超速罰單要上法庭嗎？該怎麽不讓法官取消點數？
