2023室外第一跑

不錯，聽得到春天的腳步聲了。氣溫忽高忽低，但上升的趨勢明顯。今天明亮的陽光，配上50F的氣溫，正好來個兩英裏的室外跑。三個月沒在外麵跑了，不敢太快，26分鍾跑完，比去年秋天的速度慢了四分鍾。不過，中間沒停，呼吸加快但還沒到難受的程度，得益於一個冬天在家每天四十分鍾的慢跑。。。

顯然，在家跑步還是控製不住體重增加。去年室外每天晨跑兩英裏晚走三英裏，一個夏天壓下來十磅；這個冬天就長回來一半。。。冬天每天早跑步一次，傍晚走三英裏，效果不如夏天。。。

給領導說：晚上加餐，12個大餛飩，兩條辣椒魚，一杯酒。。。嘿嘿能室外跑，就不怕三高了。。。。
