中國有些地方的習慣莫名其妙

老家的一個習慣，小孩在外麵被其它小孩欺負了，打了。有的父母會當著惡小孩的家長再揍自己的小孩，口裏念念有詞：“自己養的小孩被其他人打，還不如自己打”，羞辱對方家長？what the....?
