老年斑其實還好，老年味才是讓人煩。

日本人管這叫“加齡臭”，英文叫“Old person smells"。

這種老人味在40歲以後就開始出現了，年紀越大越明顯。那種氣味挺讓人反感的，特別是年輕人。

關鍵是，本人根本察覺不到。

有人說可以通過控製飲食來減少，但是效果也因人而異，所以最管用的，還是多洗澡，多用香。

建議一天至少洗兩次澡。
