胡說八道。技術不精甚呀。什麽“我們得到國務院的xxx元。”到底多少，說個準數？原話在這裏，哪有什麽我們從國務院拿多少錢？

This company has 600 million dollars in revenue.  It can dwarf any competition, Chinese American media.  So all our defense, our operation and our program stay with the State Department, the GEC, Global Engagment Center, and GRL.  They have all the funding.  I feel that we are underfunded in terms of guarding our own land here....

而且這裏說的所以的錢都在國務院等機構。“ They have all the funding.”這明明在說，至少在這個問題上，美國政府沒有給政府之外的某個實體提供資金。

想要忽悠，吃50 cents 這碗飯，就把技術練精甚些。
