When I was a college student in early 1980s, there was a debate about Chinese culture in my school. The topic was: ``There are only two types of Chinese: emporer and slaves".
At that time, I was too young to participate the debate. But I did pay attention to it. At the end, I realized that China needs more types of people, not just emperor and slaves. Or China does not need either emperor or slaves. Instead, China needs people who are able to think and to move by themselves.
Now we are seeing a debate which is very similar, i.e., 主子奴才. I have been thinking about one question: why this happens again after about 38 years? Why this is a problem today?
My explanation is that Xi Jinping's removal of two term limit of Chinese presidency leads people to rethink Chinese culture and rethink ourselves, at least it is one reason.
Then, what's the use about this debate? If more and more people realize how evil Xi Jinping is, the debate will be very meaningful. If more and more people believe that Xi Jinping is the only hope of China, China will have no future at all.
Of course, you will always see some good slaves or good dogs of Xi Jinping. Don't be angry with them, just show some pity for them or simply ignore them.
