A good test to see if Xi Jinping is great or not!

We all know that Shenzhen and Pudong were designed as special districts in Deng's time.

Now Xi Jinping claims that he is the great designer. In my observation, he achieved almost nothing whereever he went. His only "achievement" is a 2700 Chinese acre cemetery for his father in Fuping, Shanxi, which is actually a hard evidence of power corruption.
