the CCP and CNP (or GuoMinDang in Taiwan), because the objectives of CCP has been distorted for years after Chairman Mao Zedong's death. However, there is nothing wrong with this change because the CCP is evolved to be similar to all other major parties in the world with a major goal of seeking supports from the majority of people (or voters), With such supports, the CCP would have the power forever till a point that most of the people do not support it.
Nobody can deny that the people-centered policy, or 'Serve the People', adopted by the CCP works very well, that have much improved the living standard in China. Nobody can deny or ignore that China has become the leading economy in the world based on whatever criteria. A single fact speaks itself, that with less 20% population China produces over 50% goods or materialized items in the world, that benefit not only to people in China but also to people all over the world!
Although China is a developing country facing tons of challenges in the process of modernization, China has made a tremendous progress in building up a civilized, prospective, wealthy, and beautiful nation under the leadership of President Xi Jinping and his CCP colleagues. Probably in another decade, China's GDP per capita will catch up with the level of developed countries, ~$30000 US. This figure appears still low relative to the USA, but was never imaginable 40 years ago when China's GDP per capita was below $300.
