論文 首先得評審過關 然後是編輯同意發表，出版費是之後的事，不交費也不影響出版，另外交Latex文本能免出版費

看了panlm 的反饋後，仔細查看了Nature網站的說明，發現確實新增加了一個APC(article processing charge)。但這個APC隻針對 open access model,也就是說同意交錢的話，其文章接受發表後能在網上被任意查閱，審查標準沒有變化；對於通常的交訂閱費才能查閱的雜誌，這個APC是optional,可以不交。我原來說的出版費或發表費與這個APC是兩碼事。

 

When do I need to confirm that I wish to publish open access via an article processing charge?

Authors submitting to fully open access journals must tick a box on submission to confirm they understand that the journal uses an open access model and that if their article is accepted they must pay an article processing charge. Authors submitting to subscription journals with an open access option ('hybrid' journals) are given the option to make their articles open access on acceptance.
