It makes sense to donate to Harvard for easier admission but not to CalTech.

BTW you are changing the subject. The unfortunate truth is no one trusts Chinese government with their money and that is something Chinese government needs to work on to change. If they don't, no one but the Chinese people suffer. It is a lose-lose for Chinese.
