China is an interesting country.  If you are lucky, you can get a big appartment in Beijing for a really cheap price. If you are not lucky, your house got thorn down and no one will help you.  Things could go either ways in China depending on your luck.  Remember Murphy's law? Anything that can go wrong, will go wrong.
