這麽長的文章完全沒有提及根本，徹底的掩耳盜鈴，意欲何為？又要來一次大躍進，浮誇風嗎？有這個必要嗎？
(1) Education is the foundation and resource of scientific and technological advances.
(2) Freedom including free speech and free thoughts are the indispensable condition for innovation.
Without addressing these fundamental issues, all are nothing but jokes about advance of science. The large amount of false numbers and misleading arguements can only regale their ignorant leadership.
另外，文章雖很長卻不全，隻有“趕美”的部分，卻漏寫了“超英”的部分。科技創新做不到，連弄虛作假喊口號也不會創新，還使用60年前的舊口號，蠻可笑的。
