One cultural difference between the East and the West is:  You are responsible for your own action. Even if others insult you, you can still choose to retaliate or  not to retaliate. "他說謊被揭穿了，非但不承認，而且刪貼，還罵人" doesn't give you the right to behave the same and then claim the moral victory.
