Keep dreaming is always a good thing

One has dream is always a good thing. Priority:
Number 9 should be number 1 - this is the root cause of sin.
Justice system should be number 2 - not in the priority list is a bad thing. This is the only way to keep things in order.
Number 15 should be number 3. How to manage the party and how to manage country is different thing.
