The donation I refer to is by American people, not US government

I don't know how much US government donated.
Americans all know Japan is a rich country that don't need the money. But their attitude is we just want to help.
That number tells a story about to deal with Americans: you want to win people's heart with your heart. Personal attack doesn't work for that matter.
