I disagree

Democratic systems answer to the people? Who are these people? You mean people who have never governed or understand what it means to govern a country. Answer to the mobs? At least in china, a top down system means that the people in charge knows more about government and have spent time governing a nation. I strongly disagree that democracy is better. Democracy is an uncontrolled mob rule not people rule. The only use of democracy is in war, both England and US are opressive towards other nations. England have murdered a lot more people in colonial times more than its size. US has been in more wars than any other nation in the past decade. Considering these are the results of democracy I would rather china not be democratic.
