毛澤東的文革(不斷革命論)就是為了防止官員貪汙腐化，脫離群眾。保持政府與群眾的密切聯係是毛澤東思想的精髓之一。看來美國人比我們很多人還清楚。(30年前，我們可能不理解，對比中國的現狀我們應該理解了。)
