Do you know why Chinese community is always fragmented?

This article tells exactly why.  Chinese don't understand the difference  between the ideas someone has and the person. It is always to easier to attack the person and demonize he/she because it is easy to find flaws in any human, but it is much more challenging to attack an idea. By the same token, "an eye for an eye" is a lot easier than exercising self restraint against personal insult.

Focusing on person behind any ideas always turn a discussion into a pissing contest and is always ended with  the opponents becoming enemies as the result. If Chinese don't change the way of discussion, Chinese will forever be 一盤散沙。
