A question should be asked that who authorizes such compensation for a CEO of a state-owned corporation. The same problem is evident in western countries, that a CEO takes too much than contributes. No one has a solution to this. Should a law be laid out to restrict this? How about a CEO's salary cannot be 10 times higher than the lowest level employee of his/her company.
