I talked to a governor for a town 10 years ago. Normally the governor for a county could get more than 300000 per year in the name of holiday gifts. It was almost guaranteed because those money was only for the holiday. If the governor is greedy, he could get much more. For instance, he could get money if he got sick. After 10 years, this mount should be more than 3000000 per year now.
