The writer should spend some time learning how the world is run and managed.  Chinese government is one of the best performers.  What could Obama do if he were the president of China?  Probably nothing but talking...

if you long for a highly civilized and efficient society right away, who can do this job in China?  Are majority Chinese ready for it?
