General Xu asked for writen orders, but no one dare to sign such a writen order. So, it was not really "抗命", but insist on proper documentation.
Has the gov and PLA made it public the documentations during the curfew? To discuss the "抗命", the first fact shall be clarified, what was the order / was the order properly signed and became official?
