Hope more of soldier's parents, teacher, friends to ask the soldiers to do so in an events that brutal person from above order them to open fire to people.  When there is rarely a soldier to execute a brutal order of opening fire to people, a brutal order becomes meanless.

When fighting with other country, there is no question soldiers shall follow order from their officer,  but we all shall make it clear NO soldiers shall follow an order to open fire to their own people - which include their parents, teachers, friends.
