During the "occupy wall street" events, there were crude wrong doing to some protester by police force. Some "anomymous" tracked down these policemen who brutally treated protesters and published their name and other information. The idea is same here that not only these who ordered the brutally wrong doing shall be held accountable, but also these who executed the brutal orders. These who execute the brutal orders, either for their personal promotion or whatever other reason, are the soil and base of the brutal orders. When the soil is eliminated, the brutal orders would be meanless since there will be no one to execute the orders.
Solute to General Xu, the chief of 38th Army, and these officer/soldier who refuse to open fire, setting example for non-cooperation of brutal orders toward people 23 years ago! Also, everyone involved in the disasters, the top person, generals, middle officers, solders, shall be tracked down and their names, what they did at that time be published. Everyone, from top general or private, were accountable for the disasters 23 years ago.
