Don't agree, there need soldiers to execute the order of kill. When majority of soldiers, officers, and there family / relative, have their independant opnion different from the order from top (particular for national internal issue, external issue such as war with other nation is a different topic), these order of kill is void simply because no one will execute the order. China's problem is not only the bad order from top, but also too many people willing to execute the order, either becasue of fear, or, worse, want personal promotion from other's blood. On the other hand, so few people willing to stand up to oppose the bad order.
Solute to general Xu! the former Commender of 38th Army, and other soldiers/officers who choose not to participate the execution of bad order from top, 23 years ago in earlier June.
