You have no basic knowledge of democracy and liberty.

Any person can sing 紅歌。 It is people's own choice what song they want to sing. The problem is that you cannot use your power to force thousands of people to sing red songs. 

Similarly, you cannot 處理 a person if she 唱紅歌.

Preventing people to sing is as bad as forcing people to sing.

Why don't you read some books first to educate yourself?
