Tell me then why chinese taxpayers buy for some foreign country

Agree with you it is a privately run kindergarten and governments have no obligation to buy the owner busses using tax money; agree also that the cause of the accident was the greed of the owner wanting make more profit by putting 64 kids in a bus which was designed to hold only 9 and the respective governments turned a blind eye on what the kindergarten was doing, something that should not have been allowed to happen in the first place. But can you tell me why chinese taxpayers were made to pay for 20 brand new school busses for kids in a country most of us don't even know? Yes, these new busses will make it safer for some kids in that country to travel on roads, which is good because obviously anyone with love and compassion would want to see kids in any country or of any origin to be able to afford to ride on busses that are safe and secure. But what is totally beyond our understanding is why our own governments are so generous when it comes to kids in other countres while letting 64 kids in our own country be driven around in a 9 seat bus? If our governments can afford to pay for new busses for kids in other countries, especially the ones that are richer than us, why can't our own governments buy some for our own kids so they can travel safely? Whether or not they are in privately owned or publicly run kindergartens, they are kids of this very country. Isn't that true?
