I assume he was born here, did not CHOOSE to move here. Also I assume he's not ONLY criticizing US, but has also praised US as well during his career. He's lived all his life here, not just moved to a rogue state (I assume US has not always been a rogue state).
As I said before, I have also serious problems w/ US foreign policy (such as invasion of Irag; BTW, I also have problems w/ China's invasion of Vietnam in 1979, Soviet invasion of Afganistan, Czech, ...), but I would see the country as a whole (good as well as bad) and not ONLY cursing it because of some aggressive actions (ALL superpowers in the history, including China, have bee aggreesive).
