No it won't. Both US Dollars and Euros are controlled

by the same group of people.  There will be plenty of internal bickering and back-stabbing.  But at the end, only US Dollars and Euros will be in "controlled turmoils" while the rest of the world could only stand on the sideline WATCHING the "turmoils" bubbling up and down.

Managed chaos is the best solution on "recycling money" (貨幣回籠).  US Dollars and Euros are the two ends of the pendulum swing that keep the money flow running.

To distract the world from the money recyling operation, all sorts of international events such as Arab Spring or NATO bombing are happening.  But behind all these chaotic events, are the Western powers' systematic reshuffling and regroup.
